HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 20
NOTICE OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
TO: THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 20 IN OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND TO ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Government Codes Section 551.001, 551.054, and 551.125, as amended, that the Board of Commissioners of Harris County Emergency Services District No. 20 will meet in Regular session, open to the public, at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The meeting will be held at the District’s Station No. 44 located at 12820 T.C. Jester Blvd., Houston, Texas, 77038. At least three Commissioners must be physically present at the meeting to constitute a quorum. At this meeting, which is open to the public, the Commissioners will consider and act upon the following matters:
1. Call to order.
2. Comments from the Public: Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes.
3. To discuss status of minutes from previous meeting(s) and take any necessary action.
4. Treasurer’s report:
a) Ratify checks.
b) Pay bills.
c) Review Sales Tax Reports/Review Account
5. Fire Department report:
a) Training
b) Calls
6. To receive a report from Martinez Architects and take action on issues related to the design and construction of a new fire station including but not limited to contract pay applications, change orders and amendments, planning, design, permitting, budgeting, soliciting for financing, and engaging additional consultants.

7.To discuss, review and possibly approve easement agreement with Harris County MUD 180
8. To discuss and take any necessary action in regard to the interlocal agreement for medical pods with Harris County.
9. To discuss and take any necessary action to amend the department’s budget.
10. To discuss and take any necessary action to amend the district’s budget.
11. To discuss and take any necessary action concerning district’s property.
12.Attorney’s Report: Other Issues and Matters
13. EXECUTIVE SESSION: To discuss and take action on personnel issues, current or contemplated litigation, and/or possible real property acquisition or sale, pursuant to applicable laws and statutes.
14. To take any necessary action from Executive Session.
